El Shaddai – Interview with UTV Ignition Games
You know what I get really excited about? Original IPs with a stylistic presentation. If it is anything, El Shaddai is definitely that. Hitting 360 and PS3 on 8/16, El Shaddai seems to be the most interesting title in August by far. Check out the official trailer after the jump.

L.A. Noire
When you first look at L.A. Noire you notice two things: Rockstar Games and a cop. The second thing that is probably thought is this: “Cool, GTA as a cop in 1940s LA.” That line of thinking is very wrong though. L.A. Noire is vastly different than any game you’d expect to see sporting a […]

Dungeon Siege III
When I first heard of Dungeon Siege III and found out a little about it, my mind quickly went to the fine loot gathering days I had with my friends. Not only does Dungeon Siege bring the addictiveness of loot, but it also brings quite a good bit of modern sensibility in terms of game […]
Portal 2
If you stop and think about it, I’ll bet you can count on one hand the amount of video games with a number after the title that are any good. I’ll even go as far as to wager there are even less that you would consider to be better than the original game. Recently, Valve has made an attempt to enter into this coveted unofficial hall of fame with Portal 2. If you’re anything like me, you have fond memories of a smart mouthed, disembodied, computerized, robot voice with a set of morals the KKK would frown upon pushing you through multiple, puzzle-filled chambers that can melt your brain (sometimes literally) while attempting to solve them. Has Valve managed to live up to the challenge with Portal 2? In a word, no; they’ve not only lived up to it, they’ve completely bitch-slapped it.
