Christmas Light Hero

I usually denounce anything having to do with Guitar Hero and Activision, but once my wife showed me this video; I had to show it off to the tens and tens of our excitable listeners/readers.

Ric Turner, a former visual effects buff for Disney, knows how us geeks like to celebrate the holidays. He installed 21,268 lights and LCD’s onto his house and in the front yard and made his house a massive game of Guitar Hero. I can’t imagine how he did this, but you can notice that the kid in the video is playing the real game on a small TV that is off to the side and all the lights are interacting with what he is playing.

Color me impressed.
