Ladies and Gentlemen,
Five of the Six members of InDis will be hitting up MGC this year!
Chris, Geoff, Jason, Nikko and Travis
We’ve got some stuff planned as you all knew we would.
So I’m here to fill you guys in on what’s happening.
Madden 11 Tournament
Saturday at 12PM
— This will be an 8 player single elimination tournament.
— Qualifiers will have 3 minute quarters. The final game will have 5 minute quarters.
— The tournament will use the latest roster update
Prize: TBD
Super Street Fighter 4 Tournament
Sunday Starting at 11AM
— Pretty standard fare here. This will be your traditional single elimination tournament.
— Will be limited to 32 players
Prize: Dual Modded TE stick with custom art!
Super Meat Boy Survival Run Challenge
Anytime at the InDis Table in the VGEvo room
— Those that sign up for this survival run will get a total of 10 lives to make it as far as they can starting from a stage of our choosing (TBD).
— The person that gets the farthest in the game with those 10 lives, wins.
— If there is a tie, total time will be used as a tie breaker. Shortest time wins.
— A representative of InDis must be present during challenge play
— You will be allowed to enter multiple times for the survival run but there is a 1 hour cool down time.
— You must announce that you are playing the game for the challenge
— If you are playing the game for fun and someone who is eligible for the challenge wants to play, the controller will be relinquished to that player.
Prize: $20 on PSN or 1600 MS Spacebucks
Pac-Man Championship Edition DX Score chase
Anytime at the InDis Table in the VGEvo room
— Those that sign up for this score chase will play a 5 minute game in championship mode.
— Highest score wins.
— A representative of InDis must be present during challenge play
— You will be allowed to enter multiple times for the score chase but there is a 1 hour cool down time.
— You must announce that you are playing the game for the chase
— If you are playing the game for fun and someone who is eligible for the chase wants to play, the controller will be relinquished to that player.
Prize: $20 on PSN or 1600 MS Spacebucks
All contest info is subject to change.
When tournaments are not going on, there will be casuals happening for games such as MvC3, SSFIV and whatever else we decide to throw in there.
We are also still determining if it is in the cards for us to record a live show during MGC.
